Halftime USA Camp Information

CLASSES:
For beginner, intermediate and advanced Majorettes and Twirlers, Dance Flag Lines, Flag Lines, Dance Lines, Drill Teams, Short Flags, Drum Majors.

Students not yet associated with a school line are welcome to attend as individuals.

WHAT TO BRING:
Batons, flags, and novelty equipment, practice clothes, tennis shoes, socks, towels, toiletry items, sheets, pillow and case, blanket, sunglasses, notebook, pencils, spending money for snacks and novelty souvenirs, suntan lotion and personal medicines.
THERMOS FOR DRINKING WATER AT PRACTICE AND CLASS TIME.

Twirl Class

VISITORS:
Due to a very demanding schedule there is NO TIME FOR DATES OR OFF CAMPUS VISITORS. Have this understood with friends and relatives before you leave for camp.

HOUSING:
Housing will be in college or university dorms under supervision of counselors. Program may vary, but generally in the dorm by 9:00 p.m., room check and lights out by 10:30 p.m. Wake up will vary with the morning meal schedule at each campus.

RULES:
Students must abide by the rules of the University and Halftime USA Camps.

UNIFORMS:
Not required, but if you desire for the evaluation on the last day of camp, they will add to your overall performance.

CAMP STORE:
Hours for each camp will be announced and posted for the purchase of items such as twirling supplies, batons, hoops, camp shirts, etc.

CHANGE:
Change will be available at the camp store. (Do not ask dorm mothers for change.)

KEY DEPOSIT:
A room key deposit is required at most universities. It may vary from $25.00 to $50.00. Deposit is returned if key is not lost.
